What we do
Green Guava Tree helps teams change the software they depend on: the systems they have, inherited, rushed, or written by AI faster than anyone could review them, and the ones they are starting, which should be ready for AI from the first day. Underneath both is the same work. A business is a set of capabilities. Name them right and the software mostly follows; name them wrong and no pile of features will save it. That naming is the part a lot of teams now skip, and it is the part Green Guava Tree is built around.
How we work
The discipline leaves a trail your team can follow after we leave. The capabilities are written down in plain words before there is code to carry them. Every important decision is recorded with the argument that could prove it wrong, where the next person will find it, and the lessons Green Guava Tree took from them are written up in full. What happened in the business is kept as a record rather than overwritten, so any figure can be traced back to what produced it. What the software promises the people who use it is built into how it works, never left as a setting somebody could switch off. AI has a real job in all of this: it makes the reading and the building faster, and it works more reliably and at lower cost on a system that was modeled well. But it is the tool, not the point.
The team
Green Guava Tree is small on purpose. The people who read your system are the ones who change it, and they stay beside your team until it no longer needs them. When you have a system of your own in mind, write to us.
