Green Guava Tree is an independent software studio. Our products grow out of the research we do: tailor-made software is how good products get made, and AI is what finally makes tailor-made fast enough to be the default. We take one hard system at a time into the lab, build it end to end on modern infrastructure, and publish the study of how it was done — so the field gets evidence, not just opinions.
The studio was founded by Vidal Vasconcelos, an engineer and product thinker who believes agentic software deserves the same rigor we demand of any distributed system: typed effects, event sourcing, security by design, and decisions you can audit in writing.
The name is the method. A guava tree grows slowly, keeps its whole history in its rings, and fruits only when it's ready. We build the same way: append-only records, patient systems, studies picked ripe.
